Boston Beer director Michael Spillane to retire from board in 2026

Boston Beer Co. (NYSE: SAM) announced that director Michael Spillane informed the company's board chairman on March 13, 2026, that he will not seek re-election at the end of his current term.

Spillane will retire from the board when the company's 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders concludes. The company stated that his decision was not related to any disagreements regarding Boston Beer's operations, policies, or practices.
