Heidmar Maritime director Niovi Iasemidi resigns from board

Heidmar Maritime Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ: HMR) announced that Niovi Iasemidi has resigned from the company's board of directors. The Athens-based maritime services company said Iasemidi's resignation was to pursue other business ventures and was not related to any disagreement with the company regarding operations, policies or practices.

The company stated it will begin searching for a suitable replacement to fill the board vacancy. Heidmar's management and board thanked Iasemidi for her contributions during her directorship.

Heidmar operates as a commercial and pool management business serving the crude and product tanker market. The company has operations in Athens, London, Singapore, Chennai, Hong Kong and Dubai, providing maritime services in crude oil and refined petroleum products shipping sectors.
