Whirlpool Corporation (NYSE: WHR) announced that James Peters, Executive Vice President, will resign from his position effective March 30, 2026.
Peters announced his resignation decision on March 11, 2026, according to a company statement. He previously stepped down from his roles as Chief Financial Officer and President of Whirlpool Asia on December 31, 2025, as part of the company's talent planning process.
The appliance manufacturer provided no additional details about Peters' departure or plans for his replacement in the Executive Vice President role.
