AIG board member James Dunne III won't seek re-election in May

American International Group Inc. (NYSE: AIG) announced that board member James Dunne III informed the board on March 10, 2026, of his decision not to seek re-election at the company's annual shareholder meeting scheduled for May 13, 2026.

Dunne did not cite any disagreement regarding the company's operations, policies or practices in his notification to the board. He will continue serving as a board member and on the Compensation and Management Resources Committee until the annual meeting occurs.

The information was disclosed in a company statement based on Dunne's formal notification to AIG's board of directors.
