Titan Machinery appoints new lead independent director

Titan Machinery Inc. (NASDAQ: TITN) announced that Stan Erickson resigned and retired from the company's board of directors effective March 11, 2026. Erickson previously served as a Class II director and Lead Independent Director.

The retirement aligns with terms of a waiver granted to Erickson in September 2025 regarding the board's age-based retirement policy, according to the company statement.

Following Erickson's departure, the board elected Jody Horner to serve as the new Lead Independent Director. The company did not provide additional details about Horner's background or qualifications for the role.
