Accenture (NYSE: ACN) announced a reorganization of its services division into seven units called Reinvention Partners, effective March 31, 2026. The restructuring aims to integrate data and artificial intelligence more effectively into the company's solutions and delivery processes.
The seven Reinvention Partners will be led by different executives: Cybersecurity under Harpreet Sidhu, Digital Core under Ajoy Menon, Finance under Arundhati Chakraborty, Industry and Enterprise under Muqsit Ashraf, Song under Ndidi Oteh, Supply Chain and Engineering under Tracey Countryman, and Talent under Karalee Close.
The new structure also includes three Reinvention Engines focused on internal capabilities development. AI and Data will be led by Lan Guan, the company's Chief AI & Data Officer. Industry and Process will be managed by Jason Dess, while Technology will be headed by Rajendra Prasad.
A Client Success unit will comprise three components: Commercial led by Shaheen Sayed, Chief Commercial Officer; Offerings and Products under Senthil Ramani, Chief Offerings and Product Officer; and Integrated Delivery Governance and Integrated Quality managed by David Golding.
The reorganization is overseen by Manish Sharma, Accenture's Chief Strategy and Services Officer, who leads the Reinvention Services division. The company stated the restructuring aligns services with how clients organize their operations.
"As AI reshapes every industry, our clients want a partner that can help them reinvent—boldly, continuously and at speed," said Julie Sweet, chair and CEO of Accenture, according to the company's press release.
Accenture employs approximately 784,000 people globally and provides consulting, technology, and operations services across various industries.
