ParaZero receives order for DefendAir counter-drone systems from Israeli entity
ParaZero Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: PRZO) announced it received a purchase order from an Israeli defense entity for its DefendAir Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems solution.
The order includes delivery of an evaluation kit featuring DefendAir's net pods, live exercises and training to support operational deployment. The company stated this represents growing operational reliance on its DefendAir platform by Israeli defense entities.
DefendAir operates as a multi-layered Counter-UAS system that uses patented non-explosive net-launcher technology to neutralize hostile drones. The platform targets unmanned aerial threats in urban and battlefield environments.
"The adoption of our Counter-UAS solution reflects the confidence that key Israeli defense organizations place in the capabilities, scalability, and reliability of our counter-drone technologies," said Ariel Alon, Chief Executive Officer of ParaZero.
Founded in 2014, ParaZero develops autonomous solutions for manned and unmanned aerial systems. The company's product portfolio includes SafeAir parachute recovery systems, DefendAir counter-UAS platforms, and DropAir aerial delivery systems.
The information is based on a company press release statement.
