Truist Securities analyst Jonathan Bettenhausen reiterated a Hold rating and $110.00 price target on Lennar (NYSE: LEN)
The analyst commented, "There were not many massive surprises in the LEN earnings report this evening, in our view. As we had suspected and called out in our preview note, the spring selling season appears to have gotten off to a fairly muted start. The sell-off in the shares since mid-February, in our view, brought the stock back in-line with current market conditions. In terms of positive takeaways, the company did post delivery and new order ASPs above Street expectations, with incentive usage about flat. We view this as a positive and constructive to our view of a 2026 incentive top and margin bottom for the group."
