Graphic Packaging Holding Company (NYSE: GPK) appointed Jeffrey Stafeil to its board of directors, the Atlanta-based consumer packaging company announced March 11.
Stafeil currently serves as chief executive officer of RESRG Automotive and sits on that company's board. He has worked in leadership roles across automotive supply and industrial manufacturing sectors for 30 years.
His previous positions include chief financial officer roles at Tenneco Automotive and Adient plc. Stafeil also served as chief executive officer of DURA Automotive Systems LLC and chief financial officer at Visteon Corporation and Metaldyne LLC. He started his career in accounting and consulting.
"Jeff brings exceptional depth of experience as both a Chief Executive Officer and former Chief Financial Officer across a range of complex, multi-national manufacturing companies," said Philip Martens, Graphic Packaging's chairman of the board.
Graphic Packaging President and Chief Executive Officer Robbert Rietbroek said Stafeil's operational focus and customer service commitment align with the company's business priorities.
Graphic Packaging designs and produces consumer packaging made primarily from renewable or recycled materials. The company operates manufacturing facilities globally, serving brands in food, beverage, foodservice, household and other consumer products.
