Shift4 Payments Chief Accounting Officer to resign in April

Shift4 Payments Inc. (NYSE: FOUR) announced that Chief Accounting Officer James Whalen will resign from the company effective April 3, 2026.
Whalen stated his intention on March 3, 2026, to accept a chief accounting officer position at a company outside the fintech industry. The company said his departure was not the result of any disagreement with Shift4 Payments or any matter related to the company's operations, policies or practices.
Following Whalen's departure, Chief Financial Officer Christopher N. Cruz will serve as the company's principal accounting officer. Filippos Mintiloglitis will be designated as interim Chief Accounting Officer.
The information was disclosed in a company statement.
