FTI Consulting elects Angela Nam as chief financial officer

FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) announced that its Board of Directors has elected Angela Nam as Chief Financial Officer, effective May 1, 2026. Nam will serve as a member of the Executive Committee and will be based in the company's New York City office.
Nam previously served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer of FTAI Aviation Ltd. (NASDAQ: FTAI), a commercial jet engine maintenance and aircraft leasing company. She joined FTAI Aviation as Chief Accounting Officer in August 2018 and added the CFO role following the company's infrastructure business spin-off in August 2022.
During Nam's tenure at FTAI Aviation, the company's revenues increased from $708 million in 2022 to $2.5 billion in 2025. She oversaw finance and accounting functions including financial planning, reporting, tax and treasury operations.
Before FTAI Aviation, Nam worked as Senior Vice President of Private Equity at Fortress Investment Group LLC, where she managed transaction advisory processes for public offerings, spin-offs and acquisitions. She began her career at KPMG LLP, spending 10 years advising multinational companies on audit and Securities and Exchange Commission reporting matters.
"She brings deep financial expertise, strong operational judgment and extensive capital markets experience to FTI Consulting," said Steven H. Gunby, CEO and Chairman of FTI Consulting. Paul Linton will continue as Interim Chief Financial Officer until Nam's arrival, then return to his role as Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer.
FTI Consulting reported $3.80 billion in revenues for fiscal year 2025 and employs more than 8,100 people across 32 countries and territories.
