LKQ board director Patrick Berard to step down in May 2026

LKQ Corporation (NASDAQ: LKQ) announced that board director Patrick Berard will not seek re-election to the company's board of directors. Berard notified the company of his decision on March 3, 2026.

Berard will continue serving as a director until LKQ's 2026 annual meeting of stockholders, scheduled for May 2026. The company has not announced a replacement for Berard's position on the board.
