Eightco reports treasury holdings of 277 million WLD tokens

Eightco Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: ORBS) disclosed its treasury position as of March 5, 2026, according to a company statement. The holdings include 277,222,975 WLD tokens, 11,068 ETH, and $82 million in cash.

The company stated it holds nearly 10% of the current WLD supply in circulation. WLD is the token associated with the Worldcoin project.

"We believe the global AI revolution is still in its early innings, and Eightco is strategically positioning itself at the center of this transformation," said Dan Ives, Chairman of Eightco.

The company's investor base includes Bitmine Immersion Technologies, MOZAYYX, World Foundation, Wedbush, Coinfund, Discovery Capital Management, FalconX, Kraken, Pantera, and GSR, according to the statement.

Eightco describes its business focus as building authentication and trust systems, with operations spanning consumer authentication, enterprise authentication, and gaming authentication sectors. The company operates what it calls a Worldcoin treasury strategy alongside partnerships in technology development.
