BofA Securities analyst Matt O\'Neill initiates coverage on Visa (NYSE: V) with a Buy rating and a price target of $410.00.
The analyst comments "We are reinstating coverage of Visa with a Buy rating and $410 price objective. Visa’s durable mid-teens earnings trajectory, high-margin network model, and expanding VAS portfolio support long-term growth and reinforce our constructive view. Although the stock has underperformed amid sector pressure and regulatory concerns, we view the pullback as disconnected from fundamentals. Trading 3–4 turns below its 5-yr average multiple and with its 2-turn premium to the S&P now the cheapest since the GFC. Visa screens as notably undervalued with meaningful room for multiple expansion. We are adding Visa to the BofA US 1 Lis."
