First Solar (FSLR) Misses Q4 EPS by 31c, Guidance Misses

First Solar (NASDAQ: FSLR) reported Q4 EPS of $4.84, $0.31 worse than the analyst estimate of $5.15. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.68 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.57 billion.

GUIDANCE:

First Solar sees FY2026 revenue of $4.9-5.2 billion, versus the consensus of $6.09 billion.

• 2026 net sales guidance of $4.9 billion to $5.2 billion
• 2026 Adjusted EBITDA guidance of $2.6 billion to $2.8 billion(1)
• 2026 year-end net cash balance guidance of $1.7 billion to $2.3 billion
