Boston Properties (BXP) Misses Q3 EPS by $1.18, provides guidance

Boston Properties (NYSE: BXP) reported Q3 EPS of ($0.77), $1.18 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.41. Revenue for the quarter came in at $871.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $851.72 million.

GUIDANCE:

Boston Properties sees FY2025 EPS of $0.99-$1.02, versus the consensus of $1.60.
