BMO Capital analyst Andrew Strelzik raised the price target on McDonald's (NYSE: MCD) to $350.00 (from $345.00) while maintaining a Outperform rating.
The analyst comments "2Q25 EPS of $3.19 exceeded $3.14 consensus as stronger global comps and lower G&A more than offset non-operating income and tax rate headwinds. IOM strength was biggest positive surprise, while U.S. one and multi-year comps accelerated in challenging environment. MCD reiterated the majority of its 2025 guidance, but modestly tempered co-op margin expectations and lowered interest expense outlook. We remain constructive with MCD poised to benefit from improving U.S. comp trajectory, value/marketing leadership, and strengthening unit growth at approachable multiple. Our estimates increase slightly, and we raise target to $350."
