Box (BOX) Tops Q1 EPS by 4c; Issues Solid Outlook

Box (NYSE: BOX) reported Q1 EPS of $0.30, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.26. Revenue for the quarter came in at $276 million versus the consensus estimate of $275.09 million.

GUIDANCE:

Box sees Q2 2026 EPS of $0.30-$0.31, versus the consensus of $0.28. Box sees Q2 2026 revenue of $290-291 million, versus the consensus of $284 million.

Box sees FY2026 EPS of $1.22-$1.26, versus the consensus of $1.19. Box sees FY2026 revenue of $1.165-1.17 billion, versus the consensus of $1.15 billion.
