Rosenblatt analyst Kevin Cassidy lowered the price target on Super Micro Computer (NASDAQ: SMCI) to $50.00 (from $55.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst comments "Supermicro reported revenue at the high-end of its downwardly revised guidance. Management attributed the shipment delays to customers evaluating the next generation NVIDIA Blackwell GPU platforms. The ~$1B in revenue delay from the March quarter is expected to ship during the June and September quarters. Expectations are for strong growth based on healthy demand for the new systems. We've adjusted our estimates to reflect a more gradual production ramp and some geopolitical related caution. Based on our revised estimates, we are lowering our 12-month target price to $50 from $55."
