Opendoor (OPEN) Tops Q4 EPS by 1c, provides guidance

Opendoor (NASDAQ: OPEN) reported Q4 EPS of ($0.16), $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.17). Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.08 billion versus the consensus estimate of $965.32 million.

GUIDANCE:

Opendoor sees Q1 2025 revenue of $1-1.075 billion, versus the consensus of $1.33 billion.
