• Adjusted EBITDA between $32 million to $38 million

For the first quarter of fiscal year 2025, we are anticipating the following:

• Revenue ranging from $163 million to $166 million
• Same-Store Sales Change of approximately 5-3%
• Restaurant-Level Profit Margin of 16.4%-16.8%
