Equity Residential (EQR) Tops Q4 EPS by 69c; offers guidance

Equity Residential (NYSE: EQR) reported Q4 EPS of $1.10, $0.69 better than the analyst estimate of $0.41. Revenue for the quarter came in at $766.78 million versus the consensus estimate of $755.24 million.

First Quarter 2025 Guidance

The Company has established guidance ranges for the first quarter of 2025 EPS, FFO per share and Normalized FFO per share as listed below:

EPS $0.63 to $0.67

FFO per share $0.89 to $0.93

Normalized FFO per share $0.90 to $0.94
