Kingsoft Cloud Holdings Limited (KC) Tops Q3 EPS by 85c, provides outlook

Kingsoft Cloud Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: KC) reported Q3 EPS of (RMB0.22), RMB0.85 better than the analyst estimate of (RMB1.07). Revenue for the quarter came in at RMB1.89 billion versus the consensus estimate of RMB1.88 billion.

Business Outlook

For the fourth quarter of 2024, thanks to the parallel two drivers of both public cloud and enterprise cloud, we will continue to deliver healthy growth during such quarter. We expect to achieve accelerated growth rate for the total revenues in the fourth quarter of 2024. We expect our profitability will continue to improve. For the operating profit and adjusted operating profit, we expect to deliver accelerated improvement in the fourth quarter.
