Lifecore Biomedical (LFCR) Prices 5.93M Share Offering at $4.10/sh

Lifecore Biomedical, Inc. (Nasdaq: LFCR) today announced the closing of a $24.3 million private placement (“PIPE”) of 5,928,775 shares of its common stock at a price of $4.10 per share. The investing group includes new and existing shareholders, and the company expects to use the proceeds for working capital, operations, and general corporate purposes.
