Chargepoint Holdings Inc. (NYSE: CHPT) reported Q2 EPS of ($0.16), $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.15). Revenue for the quarter came in at $109 million versus the consensus estimate of $113.51 million.

GUIDANCE:

Chargepoint Holdings Inc. sees Q3 2025 revenue of $85-95 million, versus the consensus of $135.9 million. The Company is concentrating on returning to growth and streamlining operations to continue on its path to positive non-GAAP Adjusted EBITDA, which is now targeted during fiscal year 2026.
