After-Hours Stock Movers:
Hewlett Packard Enterprise (NYSE: HPE) rose 11% after it reported quarterly results that beat the average analyst estimate and raised its guidance for the year. Management said AI systems revenue more than doubled from the prior quarter.
CrowdStrike Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: CRWD) rose 6% after publishing first quarter EPS and revenue that topped estimates and offered strong guidance for the full year.
Verint Systems (NASDAQ: VRNT) rose 6% after it published quarterly results that beat on the top and bottom like. It also updated its forecast.
Intel (NASDAQ: INTC) rose 0.7% after it and Apollo (NYSE: APO) announced a definitive agreement under which Apollo-managed funds and affiliates will lead an investment of $11 billion to acquire from Intel a 49% equity interest in a joint venture entity related to Intel’s Fab 34.
