FMC Corp. (FMC) Tops Q1 EPS by 3c, maintains guidance

FMC Corp. (NYSE: FMC) reported Q1 EPS of $0.36, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.33. Revenue for the quarter came in at $918 million versus the consensus estimate of $1.01 billion.

GUIDANCE:

FMC Corp. sees Q2 2024 EPS of $3.23-$4.41, versus the consensus of $3.81. FMC Corp. sees Q2 2024 revenue of $4.5-4.7 billion, versus the consensus of $4.534 billion.
Maintains adjusted EBITDA outlook of $900 million to $1.05 billion, essentially flat at the midpoint versus 2023
Restructuring continues, and company maintains target of $50 million to $75 million of adjusted EBITDA net benefit
Free cash flow outlook of $400 million to $600 million is unchanged
