Omega Healthcare Investors (OHI) Misses Q1 EPS by 5c, provides guidance

Omega Healthcare Investors (NYSE: OHI) reported Q1 EPS of $0.27, $0.05 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.32. Revenue for the quarter came in at $243.29 million versus the consensus estimate of $200.59 million.

Guidance:
The Company affirmed that it expects its 2024 Adjusted FFO to be between $2.70 and $2.80 per diluted share.
