Trump Media & Technology (DJT) Declines 17% on Concerns Stockholders May Sell Shares

Trump Media & Technology Group (NASDAQ: DJT) declined 17% Monday morning after it filed an S-1 with the US Securities and Exchange Commission that would allow it to sell stock on behalf of shareholders including shares held by Donald Trump.
The company can sell up to 21,491,251 shares of common stock issuable upon the exercise of warrants, 146,108,680 shares of common stock, and 4,061,251 warrants to purchase common stock.
The shares can be sold by the company "from time to time."
