After-hours movers: Coinbase and Rackspace decline, and more

After-Hours Stock Movers:

Coinbase (NASDAQ: COIN) declined 3.6% after it announced plans to offer $1 billion of Convertible Senior Notes due 2030 in a private offering.

Rackspace Technology (NASDAQ: RXT) declined 8% after it issued guidance for the first quarter that trailed estimates.

Intel (NASDAQ: INTC) declined 1% after a report said the Pentagon scrapped a plan to spend $2.5 billion on a chip grant, forcing the commerce department to make up for the shortfall.

Minim, Inc (NASDAQ: MINM) climbed 80% after it announced a merger agreement with privately held e2Companies.

Purple Innovation (NASDAQ: PRPL) gained after it reported fourth quarter EPS that topped consensus and issued full year revenue guidance that was better than expected at the midpoint.

Regulus Therapeutics (NASDAQ: RGLS) edged lower after surging 70% during the regular session following positive data from a study of RGLS8429. The company entered into a securities purchase agreement in connection with a private placement to certain institutional investors and expects to receive gross proceeds of approximately $100 million.

ODDITY Tech Ltd. (NASDAQ: ODD) fell 4% following the commencement of an underwritten secondary public offering of 4 million of its Class A ordinary shares by a fund managed by L Catterton.
