Zscaler (ZS) Tops Q2 EPS by 18c, Updates Guidance

Zscaler (NASDAQ: ZS) reported Q2 EPS of $0.76, $0.18 better than the analyst estimate of $0.58. Revenue for the quarter came in at $525 million versus the consensus estimate of $507.58 million.

Zscaler sees Q3 2024 EPS of $0.64-$0.65, versus the consensus of $0.58. Zscaler sees Q3 2024 revenue of $534-536 million, versus the consensus of $531 million.

• Non-GAAP income from operations of $98 million to $100 million
• Non-GAAP net income per share of approximately $0.64 to $0.65, assuming approximately 161 million fully diluted shares outstanding

Zscaler sees FY2024 EPS of $2.73-$2.77, versus the consensus of $2.49. Zscaler sees FY2024 revenue of $2.118-2.112 billion, versus the consensus of $2.1 billion.

• Non-GAAP income from operations of $395 million to $400 million
