LifeStance Health Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: LFST) reported revenue for the quarter came in at $280.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $262.9 million.

GUIDANCE:

LifeStance Health Group, Inc. sees FY2024 revenue of $1.19-1.24 billion, versus the consensus of $1.203 billion.
Center Margin of $345 to $365 million, and Adjusted EBITDA of $80 to $90 million. Additionally, the Company expects to generate positive Free Cash Flow for the full year.

For the first quarter of 2024, the Company expects total revenue of $287 to $307 million, versus the consensus of $298.4 million. Center Margin of $81 to $93 million, and Adjusted EBITDA of $17 to $23 million.
