National Health Investors (NHI) Tops Q4 EPS by 6c; issues guidance

National Health Investors (NYSE: NHI) reported Q4 EPS of $0.74, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.68. Revenue for the quarter came in at $79.47 million versus the consensus estimate of $64.21 million.

GUIDANCE

NHI is issuing its 2024 annual guidance range which includes the following:
NAREIT FFO per diluted common share in a range of $4.31 - $4.37 versus the consensus of $4.33
Normalized FFO per diluted common share in a range of $4.31 - $4.37; and
Normalized FAD in a range of $191.3 million - $194.1 million.
