Costco (COST) Reports Q1 EPS of $3.58

Costco (NASDAQ: COST) reported Q1 EPS of $3.58, $0.18 better than the analyst estimate of $3.40. Revenue for the quarter came in at $57.8 billion versus the consensus estimate of $57.73 billion.

• This year’s results included a tax benefit of $44 million, $0.10 per diluted share, related to stock-based compensation.
