Kura Sushi (KRUS) Tops Q4 EPS by 1c, provides outlook

Kura Sushi (NASDAQ: KRUS) reported Q4 EPS of $0.25, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.24. Revenue for the quarter came in at $54.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $55.64 million.

Fiscal Year 2024 Outlook

Total sales between $238 million and $243 million, versus the consensus of $188 million.
General and administrative expenses as a percentage of sales to be approximately 14.5%; and
11 to 13 new restaurants, with average net capital expenditures per unit of approximately $2.5 million
