ACI Worldwide, Inc. (ACIW) Tops Q3 EPS by 23c, reiterates guidance

ACI Worldwide, Inc. (NASDAQ: ACIW) reported Q3 EPS of $0.35, $0.23 better than the analyst estimate of $0.12. Revenue for the quarter came in at $363.02 million versus the consensus estimate of $339.13 million.

Reiterating guidance for full-year 2023:
For the full year of 2023, the company expects revenue growth to be in the mid-single digits on a constant currency and divestiture-adjusted basis, or in the range of $1.436 billion to $1.466 billion vs. the consensus of $1.451B. The company expects adjusted EBITDA to be in the range of $380 million to $395 million with net adjusted EBITDA margin expansion.
