Equity Residential (NYSE: EQR) reported Q3 EPS of $0.45, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.47. Revenue for the quarter came in at $724.07 million versus the consensus estimate of $727.18 million.

GUIDANCE:

Equity Residential sees Q4 2023 EPS of $0.82-$0.84.

Equity Residential sees FY2023 EPS of $2.20-$2.22.
