Chegg (CHGG) Tops Q3 EPS by 1c, Offers Guidance

Chegg (NYSE: CHGG) reported Q3 EPS of $0.18, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.17. Revenue for the quarter came in at $157.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $152.18 million.

GUIDANCE:

Chegg sees Q4 2023 revenue of $185-187 million, versus the consensus of $186.4 million.

• Subscription Services Revenues in the range of $164 million to $166 million
• Gross Margin between 73% and 74%
• Adjusted EBITDA in the range of $62 million to $64 million
