Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) announced a quarterly dividend increase in a press release on Tuesday.
The tech giant declared a quarterly dividend of $0.75 per share, reflecting a $0.07 or 10% increase over the company's previous quarter's dividend. The dividend is payable on December 14 to shareholders of record on November 16, with the ex-dividend date on November 15.
In addition, MSFT announced the 2023 Annual Shareholders Meeting will be held on December 7.
On Monday, it was reported that Microsoft's longtime product chief, Panos Panay, has stepped down. A report from Bloomberg stated Panay will join Amazon to run the division responsible for Alexa and the Echo smart speakers,
