VICI Properties Inc. (NYSE: VICI) reported Q2 EPS of $0.69, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.64. Revenue for the quarter came in at $898.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $873.9 million.

GUIDANCE:

The Company estimates AFFO for the year ending December 31, 2023 will be between $2,130 million and $2,160 million, or between $2.11 and $2.14 per diluted share.
