Victoria's Secret & Co. (VSCO) Tops Q4 EPS by 11c

Victoria's Secret & Co. (NYSE: VSCO) reported Q4 EPS of $2.47, $0.11 better than the analyst estimate of $2.36. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.02 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.01 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Victoria's Secret & Co. sees Q1 2024 EPS of $0.30-$0.60, versus the consensus of $0.83. The Company is forecasting first quarter 2023 net sales to decrease in the mid-single digit range compared to last year’s first quarter net sales of $1.484 billion.

The Company is forecasting full year 2023 net sales to increase in the mid-single digit range compared to last year’s net sales of $6.344 billion. At this forecasted level of sales, we expect the adjusted operating income rate for the full year 2023 to be similar to 2022.
