Hilton (HLT) Tops Q4 EPS by 36c

Hilton (NYSE: HLT) reported Q4 EPS of $1.59, $0.36 better than the analyst estimate of $1.23. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.44 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.35 billion.

• System-wide comparable RevPAR increased 24.8 percent and 42.5 percent, on a currency neutral basis, for the fourth quarter and full year, respectively, compared to the same periods in 2021
• System-wide comparable RevPAR increased 7.5 percent and decreased 1.3 percent, on a currency neutral basis, for the fourth quarter and full year, respectively, compared to the same periods in 2019

GUIDANCE:

Hilton sees FY2023 EPS of $5.42-$5.68, versus the consensus of $5.60. System-wide comparable RevPAR, on a currency neutral basis, is expected to increase between 4 percent and 8 percent compared to 2022.
