UPS (NYSE: UPS) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.62 per share, or $6.48 annualized. This is a 6.6% increase from the prior dividend of $1.52. The dividend will be payable on March 10, 2023, to stockholders of record on February 21, 2023, with an ex-dividend date of February 17, 2023. The annual yield on the dividend is 3.7 percent.
In addition, the UPS Board of Directors has approved a new $5 billion share repurchase authorization, replacing the company’s existing authorization.
