Visa (V) Tops Q4 EPS by 6c, Revenues Beat; $12B Buyback

Visa (NYSE: V) reported Q4 EPS of $1.93, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $1.87. Revenue for the quarter came in at $7.8 billion versus the consensus estimate of $7.57 billion.

The board of directors increased Visa's quarterly cash dividend 20% to $0.45 per share and authorized a new $12.0B share repurchase program
