Realty Income (NYSE: O) reported Q2 EPS of $0.37, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.36. Revenue for the quarter came in at $810.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $794.66 million.

• Normalized FFO per share increased 15.9% to $1.02, compared to the three months ended June 30, 2021
• AFFO per share increased 10.2% to $0.97, compared to the three months ended June 30, 2021
