S&P Global (SPGI) Misses Q1 EPS by 9c; Lowers FY22 GAAP EPS Guidance

S&P Global (NYSE: SPGI) reported Q1 EPS of $2.89, $0.09 worse than the analyst estimate of $2.98. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.39 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.9 billion.
GUIDANCE:
2022 reported revenue is expected to increase more than 40%, which is the same as previous guidance. GAAP EPS guidance is expected to be in a range of $12.00 to $12.25, compared to previous guidance of $13.40 to $13.60
