D. R. Horton (NYSE: DHI) reported Q2 EPS of $4.03, $0.66 better than the analyst estimate of $3.37. Revenue for the quarter came in at $8 billion versus the consensus estimate of $7.62 billion.

GUIDANCE:

D. R. Horton sees FY2022 revenue of $35.3-36.1 billion, versus the consensus of $35.28 billion.

• Homes closed between 88,000 and 90,000 homes
• Income tax rate of approximately 24%
• Outstanding share count at the end of fiscal 2022 approximately 3% lower than at the end of fiscal 2021
