Interpublic Group of Cos. (IPG) Tops Q4 EPS by 1c

Interpublic Group of Cos. (NYSE: IPG) reported Q4 EPS of $0.82, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.81. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.55 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.51 billion.

Interpublic’s Board of Directors reauthorized a program to repurchase, from time to time, up to $400 million of the company's common stock. The reauthorized share repurchase program will take effect immediately and has no expiration date.
