Chegg (CHGG) Tops Q4 EPS by 7c, Offers Guidance

Chegg (NYSE: CHGG) reported Q4 EPS of $0.38, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.31. Revenue for the quarter came in at $207.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $195.2 million.

GUIDANCE:

Chegg sees FY2022 revenue of $830-850 million, versus the consensus of $826.9 million.

• Adjusted EBITDA in the range of $260 million to $270 million

Chegg sees Q1 2022 revenue of $200-205 million, versus the consensus of $198.1 million.

• Adjusted Operating income margin - percentage 8% - 12%
