Dover Corp. (DOV) Tops Q4 EPS by 11c, Offers Guidance

Dover Corp. (NYSE: DOV) reported Q4 EPS of $1.78, $0.11 better than the analyst estimate of $1.67. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.99 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.92 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Dover Corp. sees FY2022 EPS of $8.45-$8.65, versus the consensus of $8.46.

• In 2022, Dover expects to generate GAAP EPS in the range of $7.45 to $7.65 (adjusted EPS of $8.45 to $8.65), based on full year revenue growth of 8% to 10% (7% to 9% on an organic basis).
